Join us for an intimate 5 Course menu sampling brand new recipes from Chef Andrew Mercado in a historic fishing lodge on the river. Nestled just above the windy Musconetcong River in Hunterdon County NJ sits the Lodge on Cotton Cattle Farm. We’ve partnered with the Lodge to bring you the essence of nature and the farms beauty through this intimate pop up experience. Everywhere we turn, food is wildly growing around us in one of the many farms that surround “The Lodge”. This pop up will explore the use in the land in multiple ways. By use of its river for fish, livestock for meats and dairy, and the friends at local farms who provide us with the most delicious produce we can imagine. We will then create a unique menu highlighting these ingredients, bringing you true Farm to Table cuisine in a beautiful rustic setting.
