Needed: A rotting wood wheelchair ramp must be demolished, and disposed of so that a new one can be built. It must be cut off 1" below grade and the worksite must be completely clean before payment is made. The ramp is 48" wide with a 5'X8' platform and 36' of ramping. It is not very high and with the right tools, it should take about 2 hours to remove it from the property. I will take bids and the lowest COMPETENT bid will be selected. There will be no advance payment or deposit. Please don't ask. Payment in full will be made by business check when the job is complete and inspected. You will need a large trailer to haul it away and probably 2-3 people to do it. (DO NOT MAKE CONTACT WITH THE HOMEOWNERS.
