Part-time Cleaning/Custodian We have an immediate need to fill a part-time opening for performing various scheduled cleaning/custodial duties in an office building. Work will include emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, etc. as needed at a commercial office building in Virginia Beach (near Town Center). Successful candidate must have transportation, APPROPRIATE EXPERIENCE, and pass a background investigation. Non-smokers only. Please send information detailing your background as it relates to this work. There is some flexibility with work hours, but work must be performed during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The number of hours each day is expected to be 4 hours per day. Ability to perform minor maintenance (such as replacing light bulbs) a plus. Perfect second job or position for retiree.
