We are looking for auto detailers who have strong work ethic, and able to work in the outdoor elements ( covered carport ). Detailers are required to have the following:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of basic car parts, and maintenance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs
- Must be able to work in all outdoor conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license with not more than 1 or more convictions of reckless driving within the preceding 36 months; 1 DUI/DWI/DUID conviction within the preceding 36 months; 3 or more convictions for moving violations with the preceding 24 months.
- No felony convictions
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Detailers are required to vacuum and clean an average of 1 car an hour, simple auto detailing that does not include, shampooing, waxing, dent/scratch removal or other major detailing duties. Our detailers simply vacuum the interior, wipe the interior down, and wash the exterior. Detailers are also required to conduct a 10-point inspection to incl. checking for overspray, paint runs, body scratches ( in the repaired area). Detailers are given an hour break, with additional 15 minute breaks depending on climate conditions.
