Cute rescued cattle dog/pit mix "Springsteen" needs foster home!

A local 501c3 animal rescue is looking for a foster home for Springsteen until he can find his forever home. He's a cute cattle dog pit bull mix, 2 years old and 54 pounds. The rescue will provide a dog crate, food, collar, leash and any items he may need in foster care. Springsteen is up to date on vaccines, neutered and heartworm negative. You can't go wrong with Springsteen by your side! He was found hit by a car but thanks to some good vet care in SC, has fully recovered with only a small scar on his left chest wall. He was rescued from the Lexington shelter on his last day and what a great save he is! Such a sweet boy who takes treats very gently and loves to give hugs. He's very good with other dogs and enjoys romping with his canine cohorts. His foster in SC says he is also housebroken and crate trained. Springsteen is very grateful to be safe in a home environment but would love to find his forever home in the Hampton Roads area!
