At this workshop you will find your underlying issues to your pain or where you are most at risk and what the next steps to take are! Event Description JOIN ME AT 1:00PM-3:00PM SATURDAY, MARCH 27TH, 2021! Are you currently experiencing pain or finding yourself having to work around certain movements in the gym or on a day to day basis. Do you feel like pain is holding you back from reaching your fitness goals? Maybe you aren’t experiencing any pain at all but are living in fear of getting hurt and that is stopping you from doing the activities you want to do or love.
