If you are a Yoga instructor, Trainer, Masseuse who has been looking for a place to host classes/training but can't justify the cost of leasing an entire commercial space? We may have the solution. Our facility is used only in the evenings and weekends to train out private athletes, leaving it available most of the day and some evening/weekend hours for use. We are willing to find the right Individual to help offset dead costs way below market value to help optimize this space. We have roughly 2,000 sq ft completely open, a private 10x20 meeting/conference space for a masseuse or other training.
