Havas Street (havasstreet.com) is looking to hire one (1) local, part-time Logistics Coordinator based in Philadelphia! As the LC, you will serve as a brand resource in your assigned territory for a major spirits portfolio and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. Position Details: - $21/hour (before taxes, W2 Employee) - Additional pay stipends for phone, internet and travel expenses - Part-time, up to 29 hours a week Responsibilities: - Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines - Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, POS management, and event production - Effectively manage inventory at designated storage facilities including receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, breaking down boxes, etc. - Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets - Support logistical needs of activation for On Premise events (setup & tear down) - Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, - Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise) - Off premise duties as required by local team-merchandising on shelf Requirements: - Role focus is in Philadelphia (suburbs as needed) - At least 1 year of sales/merchandising experience in the adult-beverage industry - Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds - Have a reliable vehicle with clean driving record - Must be comfortable driving every day - Hourly rate paid weekly; stipends paid monthly (phone, internet, travel) To be considered, please respond with your name, contact info, and a current resume
