We are a fast-paced growing business! We offer interior and exterior landscape design, installation and maintenance, plus holiday design services to commercial clients in downtown Boston. A Crew Leader plays an integral role here at Flora Explora, and you will be involved with all aspects of our work, including interior and exterior landscaping, and holiday design services. We have very high standards for discerning clientele, and you will be responsible for executing our seasonal plantings, new planter installations, scheduled maintenance, flowering plant rotations, interior plant installations, and special projects. You will train, monitor and cultivate all Crew members, including your designated or chosen Assistant Crew Leader. Staying organized, and handling work orders and shift notes is key. Pro-active communication and daily check-ins with the office are a must. Excellent driving skills and ability to navigate greater Boston is important.
