Warehouse / Equipment / Maintenance Manager at Sweepnman, Inc. Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM -1/2 hr lunch break / Monday through Friday Saturdays or Additional overtime hours, as needed, and during snow ops. Open up Sweepnman Shop at 6AM and be available to support Technicians with all stock and equipment needs. (Critical time is between 6:30AM- 8AM.) Compensation: Base Hourly Rate is $25 to start / Plus full Sweepnman benefit package. Paid holidays (including the Monday after the Super Bowl), vacation time, personal time, medical insurance, retirement plan, company uniforms, etc. Purpose: Maintaining Inventory, stock ordering, shipping and receiving, equipment ordering, van maintenance, cleaning and organizing, snow operations at our shop. Reports to: Field Production Specialist and Operations Manager This will require support at both locations (Sweepnman in North Reading and Kryptonite Steel in Wilmington). Must have good driving record (will occasionally be delivering stock items to job sites in a company truck). Must possess high level organizational skills. Bordering on OCD. Order and maintain all stock for jobs, shop inventory, and van inventory. Responsible for all Shipping and Receiving. Must have Forklift experience. Review and order all items on job stock lists. Pick stock items and stage on rolling cart for customer jobs. Strong communication skills. Coordinate with Field Production Specialist and CSR’s in regards to stock order and job status. Must have ability to work alone and with others. Responsible for all snow plowing and shoveling operations at our shop. (Plow and or skid steer experience is a plus). Responsible for monitoring company vehicle fleet maintenance. Fill out weekly vehicle maintenance sheet, check oil and fluids, condition of tires, date of last oil change, date of inspection sticker, etc. Ability to replace light bulbs, jump start batteries and fill tires with air, etc., as needed.
