Come join us for a dinner of great wine and food! Featuring the wines from the Spire collection featuring Stonestreet. Join us for a night of good food and wine as we offer the wines from Stonestreet vineyards! We are very excited that Stonestreet will have their Ambassador Craig Ellick representing the vineyard at the wine dinner, sharing interesting information about the wine and the vineyard!Here is the selection of Stonestreet wines we will be serving:Estate Sauvignon Blanc, 2019This wine has a nose of orange blossoms and lemon sorbet, with flavors of white nectarine and white grapefruit. Estate Chardonnay, 2017The 2017 estate chardonnay has pear ,caramel, toffee, and cashew flavors. 100% barrel ferminted with natural yeast and malo-lactic. Upper Barn Vineyard Chardonnay, 2017The 2017 Upper Barn Vineyard Chardonnay expresses Stargazer lilly, yelloe nectarine and orange blossom on the nose. 100% barrel fermenated with natural yeast and malo-lactic. Estate Carbernet Sauvingnon, 2016 The 2016 Estate Cabernet Sauvingnon starts out with savory aromas of blackberry, dark plum, blood orange, Star Anise and black cherry. As the wine opens, deep fruit flavors of blackeberry cobbler, dreid cherry, pomegranate, cassis and milk chocolate begin to show. Rockfall Vineyeard Cabernet Sauvingnon, 2016Concentrated aromas of blackeberry, fresh tobacco leaf, graphite and dark chocolate with nuanced undercurrents of mulling spices. Menu will be coming soon!
