Micro worms are very small and are therefore the ideal food for nano fish or fry. If you only have big fish, then you don't need this, though my angel fish and others of that size still enjoy the micro worms as well. I can trade micro worm cultures for other live fish food starters. If you don't want to trade, I charge $5 per micro worm starter (they charge a lot more on Amazon, check it out) Google it.
