Established by David Rivera, an Air Force veteran served as a K9 Officer in Connecticut in 2017; BlackRock Canines is a first large-scale breeding program of genetically-tested, healthy and high-performing working dogs, pets and service dogs in the U.S.A. They provide protection dog training to bring out an aggressive side to passive dogs with a tendency to be submissive. They are taught pet obedience, patrol and detection training and so on. David Rivera has a team of experts who are professionally-trained, amicable and well-versed with tricks of the trade.
