Hi! I have 2 kids a 6 year old a 15 month old...my oldest has begged for a dog for many months. I am not opposed to the idea but hate the shedding factor of most dog breeds. I have read a lot about "doodle" dogs. Would this be a good choice for a 1st pet? I had a border collie when I was younger and loved her but was always covered in hair. Would a doodle dog be to big for my young one? Are they aggressive. I know the cost is obserd...so that alone might deter me. Any advice?
