Prevailing Wage Rates of $21-$50+/hour depending on the state. Our Construction Laborers make $40-$60k over the course of 8-9 months. Responsibilities: • Driving to and from job sites in company trucks, hauling equipment when necessary • Prepping and setting up for jobs • Sandblasting • Applying Surface Products - Epoxy (with paint roller or squeegee), waterproofing membranes (Spray and Torch Applied) • Operating Pumps or Specialty Equipment • Maintaining Equipment • Cleaning up of job sites Qualifications: • Drivers License required. Reliable Transportation • 10-HR OSHA card or willing to get • Dependability, strong work ethic, strong communication skills • Willingness to travel (sometimes up to 2 weeks at a time) • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen • Must possess good driving and criminal records • Experience with pumping systems a plus • Mechanical aptitude helpful Come enjoy a great working environment where you are more than just a number.
