Women's Barbell 101 is back!
We love helping women become strong and knowledgeable!
The class will cover warm-up and self-care strategies along with instructing foundational movement pattern form. Can't lift a barbell right now? No worries! We'll give you tools to make progress your according to your current abilities. Whether you're a total newbie, beginner, or have some experience, you will benefit from this class. We want participants to remember and use what they've learned, so follow-along notes will be provided! (Clip-board and pencils available.)
