Alliance Kitchen Maintenance, LLC is Hiring! The position opening is Part Time to Semi Full Time. Anywhere from 25-30 to 40 hours per week. The Hourly Wage is $15.00 per hour and you will receive a paycheck weekly, every Friday! Alliance Kitchen Maintenance, LLC is a company that provides Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Hood System Cleaning (Cleaning Exhaust Hoods, Exhaust Fans and Duct Work, Filters, and Grease Traps), Commercial Kitchen Equipment Cleaning (Fryers, Stoves, Shelves, Sinks), Power Washing / Pressure Washing, Patio Washing, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Cleaning and Waxing Floors, and sometimes Cleaning the Walls and Ceilings in Commercial Kitchens. The work will be cleaning commercial kitchens in Restaurants, Bars & Grills, Bowling Alleys, Nursing/Retirement Homes, VFW/Knights of Columbus Halls/ Elks Lodges, Churches, Wineries, Concession Stands (Golf Courses/Baseball-Softball Associations), Child Care Centers/Preschools, Bakeries, Catering/Banquet Centers, Gas Stations, Adult Entertainment Clubs, Lifestyle Bars/Clubs, etc. Looking for a very reliable, dependable, responsible, motivated, trustworthy, respectful, hardworking employee who is a quick learner! I am looking for an employee who is a Quick Learner with Common Sense, who is a Self-Starter and Go-Getter who follows job duty directions/instructions and is a HARD WORKER who will not require being supervised after learning what and how the job duties are to be completed and be able to work efficiently. I need an employee who is looking for a long term position. The work schedule is very busy! I need someone who is available to work almost anytime! Weekdays and Weekends Anytime! The jobs start anywhere as early as early morning at 6am to as late at night as 1am. Jobs are scheduled in early morning, mid morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, early evening, late evening, night, and late night. The jobs can sometimes last as late as early morning hours. This is Not a job for someone who already has a full time job. The work hours and schedule will not work for someone who already works full time. MUST Show up for Work on Time, Must Show up when Scheduled to Work (unless of emergency) Must have Reliable Transportation! Ready to Go and Ready to Work Hard! You will not drive to the job locations. The employee(s) will not drive to and from the jobs using their own personal vehicle. The employee(s) will meet me at my house (Bayberry Farms, Barnhart) or near my house. The employee(s) will park their vehicle. I have my own company van and I provide transportation to and from the jobs. MUST live in the local area near Barnhart. Local Candidates are Plus! (Barnhart, Antonia, Otto, Imperial, Pevely, Arnold, Hillsboro, Festus, Meramec Bottom Road, Butler Hill, Tesson Ferry area) No Experience is Necessary. Will Train on job site. MUST NOT be afraid of Heights as Working on Roofs is Required! MUST be able to Lift / Carry at least 50 lbs. MUST be able to climb and secure ladders Must not mind getting dirty, cold, hot or wet. Yes the work is dirty work! (Grease/Grime) MUST be okay with stinky smells. MUST be okay with working in hot and cold weather. The duties include lifting at least 50 lbs., setup and take down of all equipment at the job site including hanging plastic sheeting, securing/climbing ladders, working on roofs, working in cold and hot weather, operation of cleaning equipment such as wet vacs, pressure washers, high pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, operate various types of hand tools/scrapers, etc. I am like the easiest person to work for and work with! I am not a strict employer but the work must be completed efficiently and correctly. As long as you show up to work when scheduled and show up to work on time, work hard, and have respect for your employer... you'll get along great with me.
