General Maintenance person needed: Alliance Property Services is seeking a motivated person to join our rapidly growing maintenance team. This person must possess critical thinking skills to solve problems, prioritize projects, and put together material lists. Must be able to but not limited to: perform small electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs, paint, use power tools, and complete landscape repairs such as paver repairs and retaining walls, climb ladders up to 32 feet, lift pick up as much as 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver's license, pass a pre employment drug and background check. All equipment and uniforms provided. One week paid vacation after a year, seeking a long term employee looking to advance with the company. Compensation based on skill and experience.
