Join LCI chefs in a hands-on cooking workshop for kids! In this Holiday Mini Workshop, kids will produce a bunny bread bowl from ready-made dough. They will learn to shape, proof, and bake the bread. Kids will use knife and piping skills, along with cooking techniques, to produce the chili and deviled eggs. Finally, they will learn to plate one finished produce and take home 4 portions to plate for dinner. Participants are given an apron and hat upon arrival. Suggested ages are from 9 years old and up. Participants must wear close toed shoes. Due to current COVID-19 related mandates, participants will be spread out and must wear a mask upon entry to LCI. Parents or Guardians cannot be in the room, but may stand outside and may watch the child work through several windows. Class size is limited to 10 child participants. Price is $60 per participant.
