Our "love yourself FIRST" event is for women who are seeking to improve their mindset and their health. What is your missing piece? Do you tend to put others before yourself? Do you sacrifice your own needs to meet the demands of others? Is it time to change that behavior? We all know you can’t pour from an empty cup; you have to take care of yourself first. We have brought together six health professionals that are committed to helping you shift your paradigm towards more self love.
