We need a HOUSE CLEANER to clean our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house in Palatka (off West Peniel Rd) on a regular basis. The house is on a short-term rental program and you might need to clean as often as 2x/ week or as rarely as 1x/month. Days will VARY week to week depending upon when guests stay at the house. IMPORTANT: You must clean house within 48 hours of guest check-out. For example, if guest CHECKS OUT on Monday (12pm) then the next guest will CHECK IN on Wednesday (12pm) so you would need to clean between Monday afternoon and Wednesday early morning. Again - this will vary week to week! It will take ABOUT 2 HOURS to clean. Most of the time we will be there with you but doing other things like mowing the lawn or cleaning the pool. We will provide all cleaning supplies. If you always do a good job and can clean the house every time we call for 3 months then you'll get $50 BONUS. You'll get this bonus every 3 months!
