Carpenter to frame wall in Valparaiso warehouse. New wall is approximately 30' long and 8' high. The new wall will be constructed of 2 x 4 studs with plywood applied to one side. It will contain a 8' x 6' 6" overhead garage door, one 36" x 84" passage door and one 4' x 3' walk up window opening. Above new enclosed area is will be a mezzanine of approximately 30' x 16'. Contractor will also relocate an existing 36" x 84" passage door.
We can furnish material or contractor. This is an inside assignment in a heated warehouse, ready to go this week.
Paid at completion.
