Description

Here is an opportunity to learn new things and increase your self value. We train you in many different areas and help you get different Certifications and Licenses. Each New license or Certification gives you a raise in pay. We are a Septic and Drain Cleaning Company. We also do Hydro-Excavating, Sewer Jetting, Septic and Sewer Installation and Repair. We teach people how to drive Big Trucks, Operate Excavators, Bobcats, Hydro-Excavators, Jetters, Backhoe's and Drain Cleaning equipment. You will also learn how to work on Equipment and Vehicles. We help you get a CDL. After working for a while you will be able to decide which trade you want to pursue and can specialize in that area. The first year you will be working in each field so you are cross trained in case we need a hand in another trade. You must have a Valid Drivers License with no points on it. We random drug test. You must have your own transportation. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated. We start at $10.00 an hour. If all you can think about is the starting wage and not how much you will be learning you're not the right person for us. Until you have been with us for 90 days you're not really making us money. It would cost you many thousands of dollars to pay for the education we will be giving you and paying you to learn. If you don't want to get dirty you won't like it here. First $1.00 raise is at 30 days second $1.00 raise at 90 days. Third $1.00 raise is at 6 months. CDL Raise is $3.00 an Hour. Installer or Inspector Certification is $1.00 each. We give you the opportunity to increase your salary by advancing your education and skills. Send us a resume or just describe what your current skills and assets are (Not Missing work is an asset) And why you think you would be a good fit for our company. We would rather have someone with good character and no skills than someone with all the skills and no character. I can teach you all the skills you need. I can't teach you to be a good person.
