Description

The E.M.U. Campaign, a partner of Indy's Mayor's Youth Leadership Council and MCCOY, is hosting a mental health fair in May! The E.M.U., emotional and mental understanding, Campaign is an organization run by youth leaders on the MYLC, and our main goal is to spread light on the effects and seriousness of mental health. Mental health affects all of us differently and it is important to learn how to understand and empathize with different illnesses, emotions, and mental scenarios. Creating a fun environment, like a mental health fair, will allow all crowds of all ages to be more receptive to the message we are trying to spread and the information we are willing to share. During the fair, you can catch some of your favorite local businesses, professional athletes, talented community leaders, and delicious food trucks! Hope to see you there! We E.M.U. you, and you E.M.U. us! E.M.U. everyone! COVID-19 Guidelines: Temperature checks will be required at the door! Masks are mandated to be worn throughout the entire length of the event. If you have recently traveled from an area or community with known cases of COVID-19, please stay at home. Do not visit public areas or use public transportation. We will provide hand sanitizing stations within the perimeter of the event. At all locations and booths, we ask that you stay 6 feet away from others and do not remove your mask when in close contact with others.
