General Labor - Ranch & Warehouse Worker

IMMEDIATE Help Wanted. Local horse rancher needs STRONG, honest, hard working general labor workers to help cleanup, organize, consolidate and maintain multiple storage warehouses and country horse ranch property in Oakdale CA 95361. Work is not difficult, but sometimes very PHYSICAL, so NO lazy, weak or dishonest people should inquire. Must be able to stand and work on your feet for several hours straight, easily lifting 40-75 pounds regularly (sometimes moving 100 pound hay bales). Must follow simple instructions, finish assignments promptly, and complete projects without direct supervision. We pay $12-$15 per hour, paid weekly, 1099 will be issued, actual hours worked are based on experience and personal productivity. We will consider training the right person, so no prior experience is absolutely necessary, but it is definitely helpful. Work hours and work days can be flexible, for the right person. All workers should be strong & physically able to handle lots of bending, stacking and lifting. Workers should be familiar with using basic hand & power tools like shovels, rakes, chainsaws, post hole digger, hammers, drills, saws, tape measure, dollys, pallet jack, etc.. Mechanical, electrical, tree cutting, building fences & shelving experience are all big pluses. We need help immediately (up to 4 workers) for possibly the next 3-6 weeks or so. Each person will be evaluated daily on their performance, and we will consider the best 1 or 2 workers for possible regular 1099 work going forward. Again, please don’t apply if you are lazy, weak, or untrustworthy, as you will be dismissed immediately. This is a very straight forward, no-nonsense position, so no B.S. will be tolerated.
