Her athletic history makes teaching bootcamp and strength conditioning classes exciting and informative. Enthusiasm, consistency, and encouragement is her forte. Her motto is, focus on your health, stay consistent, and the results will come! My goal is to help provide a means to a healthy lifestyle and set the foundation for a new way of living out of habit, not necessity, By Any Means. BAM Fitness My name is Chuck. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010. I decided to get serious about my own personal fitness journey while also helping others after finding out about some health complications mother was experiencing. I not only wanted to ensure that she had the support of her only son, but also help provide her the proper tools to live a healthier life. For me, fitness is about ensuring that my clients know that everyone is different, and goals should be based solely on SELF-happiness. I know now, my purpose in life is to help others become healthy, fit, functional athletes. If I can take away the stigma that comes with being considered an athlete, then I’ve done my job. If you workout, then you’re an athlete and that is something to be proud of.
