Bass Player-Vocalist: Seeking A Solid Band with Experienced Players

I’m an experienced pro bass player who can (and desires to) sing lead (front a band); and I can sing harmony vocals. I can also just sing lead vocals and front a band and not play bass, if you already have a bass player. Open to co-fronting the band if you already have a lead singer. I’m seeking an active established band. I’m open to a start-up band depending on what’s currently in place and what your goals and plans are and are on the way to getting there. I’m not interested in “jam” bands. (I like to jam sometimes but not on an ongoing basis.) I do covers from such bands (to name a few): Stevie Ray Vaughan; Eric Clapton; Bonnie Raitt; Buddy Guy;Lydia Pense & Cold Blood; Albert King: Joe Bonamassa; Beth Hart; Etta James; BB King; Daniel Castro; Allman Brothers; Ruth Brown; Tommy Castro; Santana; CCR; Sam Cook; artists and bands that do old school R&B; funk; and many others. I can play classic rock also from the 50s-the 80s Seeking to play with a band of seasoned experienced players - who are fun to play with; easy going; like having a tight sound; and have no alcohol drug or drama issues. (I’m not into throwing together “jam” bands) My band ended recently due to a main member’s health issues (not covid) and schedule conflicts. As noted above, I’m looking to play with a mature band that plays Blues; Old R&B and Rock from the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and some 80s. I’m not interested in hard rock or heavy metal rock. Looking for a band that plays with dynamics and not so loud that the singer has to yell to be heard over the amps - I’m used to playing with good bands and players who play with dynamics. Must have a decent rehearsal space and PA/sound equipment (I have my own mics, amp and bass of course). Open to doing some originals if you do any; I have a few that I’ve recorded. But I love just doing covers. I’m used to, and like playing with, a solid drummer I can lock with. I enjoy both rehearsals and gigs - and like playing with a tight band.
