Join Donna from Carle Health & Fitness Center for a Vinyasa Yoga Session and experience an energizing flow to help release tension, clear the mind, and get off to a great start for your week. Classes will be held at OhmFit Activewear with an exclusive shopping experience and refreshments after class. Masks will be required until class begins. Please bring a yoga mat. Mats are also available for purchase. A minimum of three attendees required for class. If we do not meet this requirement, ticket holders will be notified.
