We are a small and growing commercial landscape maintenance and porter company based in South Austin. Our work day is from 7:15am to around 3:45pm. Starting wage is $12/hour or more depending on experience. There is room for growth in wages and experience. If you start at $12/hour, after 6 months, if you are working out, you will be given a raise. HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT? -We don’t just do porter service. We actively look for problems at our client’s properties, flag them to our clients, and often fix them, as well as doing landscape maintenance. -We are small and flexible. REQUIREMENTS -Have a valid Driver’s License and Social Security Number and be legally able to work. -Have a good attitude and the ability to get along with a tight-knit crew. -Be able to communicate in English. -Be hardworking, punctual, and respectful. -Take pride in your work. -Be able to work independently -Have transportation to get to shop in Manchaca; we’ll use our trucks to get to the job sites. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Vacuuming and mopping -Clean and restock rest rooms -Wiping and dusting -Keeping grounds clear of debris -Disposing of trash In addition, since we are a landscaping company, you may be asked to help with general landscaping and maintenance tasks.
