Join us in this warm Yoga 101 series to learn the basics or to improve form and technique. Don't be intimidated by yoga! Join us in this warm Yoga 101 series to learn the basics or to improve form and technique. This class is great for all levels, including MEN. Each week this one hour class will begin with a 15 minute “workshop” teaching 2 or 3 basic yoga poses with a focus on form, alignment and breathing technique … basketballs not necessary :) In the following 45 minutes the class will participate in a vinyasa (flow) yoga class incorporating those fundamental yoga poses. The flow sequence will be consistent throughout the 4 week series so you experience progress, gain confidence, and reap the benefits of a more relaxed state of mind. Class ends with a soothing meditation. Sundays from 4-5 pm on 2/21, 2/28, 3/7 and 3/14. Space is very limited. Bring a yoga mat to place on your POD. You must wear a mask. This class is done barefoot.
