UpKeep is a doorstep valet trash servicer for Apartment communities. We are looking for hard-working individuals with a good attitude to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make supplemental income in the evenings with Fridays, Saturdays, & holidays OFF. The Valet Trash Attendant will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at 1/2 (6 buildings) of 1 our apartment communities. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently. Location: North West Austin (near 360 bridge) Hours: Sunday - Thursday at 8 pm. Fridays and Saturdays off. Takes approx 45-60 minutes per night. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Nightly pick up of tied and bagged trash from each residents' door to onsite compactor. Nothing is hauled off-site. Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays. Be able to climb multi-story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out! Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents. Smartphone used to document cleared units. REQUIRED: Must have smartphone with Android or IOS operating system. A full-size open-bed pickup truck to transport trash items from door to property compactor. Valid driver's license & insurance. Ability to pass a background check.
