One Class Only! For many years, Dean and Chef Christopher Koetke managed culinary schools throughout the Latin world. Along the way he had many opportunities to taste delicious and inspirational dishes. In this demonstration class, Chef Koetke will revisit some of his travels and make specialties from Mexico, Chile, and Colombia. Dishes include: Baja Seafood Burritos, Charquican, Tropical Avocado Paletas, and Patacón with Hogao. *Attendees must be 18 or older unless accompanied by an adult, we suggest a minimum age of 13. Kids classes have a specified age for attendees.
