JOB DESCRIPTION: An opportunity to join the team ay Hartman Companies! Our award winning golf and sports turf renovation division is looking for labor to assist in the construction of greens, tees, bunkers and sports fields. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license Golf course or sports field construction experience helpful Installation of sod, piping, earthwork and hand digging Operation of stick shift golf carts Ability to work overtime Professional and personable work ethic Physical labor – must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. and have the ability to bend and / or kneel for extended lengths of time Knowledge of golf a plus WHAT HARTMAN OFFERS TO YOU: On the job training Overtime opportunities Advancement and leadership opportunities Competitive wage – negotiable, DOE, $20-$23 per hour Benefits – vacation, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K
