Warehouse Fulfillment Specialists assist in preparing and shipping products for our customers. AKA Detail Gurus, Warehouse Fulfillment Specialists are able to scout out products requested to ship for customers. They oversee quality of product inspection, verify accurate shipments and complete efficient turnaround of all customer fulfillments. They have a strong attention to detail and know what needs to get done in a timely and accurate manner. They also have strong computer skills. Fulfillment Specialists work well alone. Fulfillment Specialists follow direction well but also have the ability to delegate tasks, when needed. High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively using electronic fulfillment system & inventory management systems Prior Fulfillment experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Capability to lift objects (up to 75lb) with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and be comfortable squatting, kneeling, and crouching Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
