PLEASE WATCH YOUTUBE LINK: Primary Job Duty - Roof Cleaning: Placing and climbing ladders up to 40’ high (but typically only 2 stories) Using fall restraint systems including harness and rope systems Operating a hand or backpack leaf blower to clean the roofing surfaces Manual hand brushing roof surfaces to remove moss Using proper safety equipment including but not limited to fall restraint systems, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and breathing respirators when spraying detergents Pressure washing all cedar roofing surfaces Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an sub-contractor to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. sub-contractors are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including occasional snow in the winter, high temperatures in the summer and everything else in between. Regularly required to bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, reach with hands and arms, use hands to fingers, handle and/or feel objects, use tools or controls, speak and hear clearly.
