Moving Help Needed - 1 Hour Walnut Creek $30

I am seeking help for moving a 2 person couch, king bed mattress and box spring, large dresser, Kitchen table and 3-4 shelves. Once those items are moved the job is done, probably will take no more than 30 min but I will pay the $30 regardless if it take 10 min or 1 hour. no more than 1 hour needed. This will go down a flight of stairs and out to a U-Haul truck on the street from a 2nd floor apartment. I will be the other helper carrying items with you. this will be for Sunday and its either going to be at 10 or 11am or it may end up being between 2-5pm, Im not sure just yet.
