Reiki in a small group setting in order to release stress and facilitate your body’s innate healing ability in a relaxing, safe environment. We are so excited to announce our first in-person event in over a year!!! WHAT: Small Group Reiki Healing Session WHERE: Solfège Center for Healing in Eliot, Maine WHEN: Tuesday, March 9 @ 6:30pm This event will take place in a safe, restorative environment, where you will be invited to unwind and let go. Much like a distance Reiki session, the group session will involve finding a state of relaxation, guided by Ruth and Amber, in order to release stress and facilitate your body’s innate healing ability. This session will be done hands-off in order to maintain safety and hygiene. Solfège is dedicated to making you feel safe by utilizing air purifiers to clean the air, and requiring social distancing, mask use, and sanitation upon entry. You will also be required to fill out a Covid waiver. If you have been feeling under the weather, we ask that you stay home and join us next time. We also ask that you bring your own blanket, bolster, yoga mat, or cushion for your ultimate relaxation and to prevent cross-contamination. This event is by donation, with a suggested donation of $10.
