Missing 3lb Black Chihuahua.

I was at my storage locker this morning around 8:30. I let the pup (2 yr old black Chihuahua wearing a red shirt and a red collar) out to use the bathroom I turn my head for about 5 seconds, and she's gone. We were inside the gates of the.facikity, so it wasn't like she could have gone far. Just then, 2 vehicles pull up to gate, it opens, they dive in. I continue to walk around the whole property, several times. Now I'm getting worried. I make it to the front gate again, just as the 2 vehicless are pullimg out. I asked if they'd seen a little dog running around, and they said no. So I have been looking for little Mimi ever since. It is possible she could have fit underneath the front gate because she's so small. Someone in that area this morning around 9:00 found her running around and took her. Probably with no ill intentions they just didn't want to see her get run over. She was wearing a collar with a name tag on it. It said Mimi and my phone number, that just happened to get shut off 2 days ago because I couldn't pay the bill. I pray that whoever that person was that found her, is reading this right now. Please call me at 909-5 five too thirty3 to 9. My girlfriend and I split up this week, and now I lost my road dog...she has been the only thing bringing me joy these past few days.
