Licensed Contractor is looking for additional crews to carryout rehab/remodeling work on properties throughout the Bay Area. Usual projects include some hauling/demo, minor repairs, paint, flooring and kitchen & bathroom remodeling. Ideally you'll have a small reliable crew or access to one as and when needed. Im looking for reliable hard working crews. We ca work on price with or without materials or hourly rates whatever works best for each project. This is a 1099 Contractor agreement.
