MOLD MITIGATION, CRAWL SPACE REMEDIATION, AND CONSTRUCTION (Springfield) We are offering a position in mold mitigation, crawl space encapsulation, and construction, This is a career position with the opportunity to advance your skills and your compensation You will learn how to do the following: 1. Learn all aspects of construction. 2. Safely remove mold from residences and office spaces. 3. Do a crawl space encapsulation that makes a home healthy. Hours: 7:30 to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday Overtime and weekends are necessary at times. Payroll is weekly. Wages: $14-$17.00 an hour to start, depending on experience and skill level. Additional skills such as drywalling, painting, carpentry, and/or electrical installation could potentially garner a higher starting wage.
