This position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of window, siding and door installations are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with Champion’s organizational policies, procedures and goals. You will visit installation sites and interact with crews and customers on a daily basis. Work with Installation Supervisors to ensure goals are prioritized and met Oversee crews and ensure that products are installed to both company and industry standards. Strong planner, planning and scheduling is a must. Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state and local laws and ensure completion of required safety training Good communication skill needed. Must be able to communicate between Install Supervisor, Employees, Sub-contractors and Customers on a daily bases.
