1-year old pit mix looking for good home!

Hi! This is Rae. She has a beautiful blonde coat with sweet green eyes. She will be a year old in March. She is spayed, chipped and updated on all shots. She has been very easy to train (sit, shake, down commands. Still needs work with leash training) and will work hard to earn treats. She is about 40 pounds and will come with all of her comfort items (crate, bed, toys, food bowls, car tarp, treats) I am looking for a good home to give her to for a small rehoming fee. I hate having her crated throughout the day so I’d love for Rae to be somewhere that allows her to be out and play! We go to the dog park often so she’s very well socialized.
