Part-time mother's helper

My wife and I are looking for a part-time babysitter / mother's helper who can work about 9 hours per week to help look after our three kids (ages 13, 10, and 8). The hours will be Monday, Thursday, and Sunday from 3pm to ~ 6pm. In addition, there are some weekends we go away for 48 hours where we'd need coverage. Our 13 year old son is a fun, active kid who likes playing with his sisters, video games, biking, exploring, and sneaking snacks. Our 10 year old daughter loves baking, playing with stuffies, and building fairy houses in the forest. The 8 year old girl loves to draw, ride her scooter, and do whatever her brother and sister are doing! Some light housework/errand running will be involved like picking up toys, unpacking the dishwasher, doing laundry/putting clothes away, and occasionally easy meal prep in the evenings but no heavy cleaning/cooking. A few requirements: a) Ideally have experience looking after multiple kids at once b) Must speak fluent English c) Must be able to commit to the job and hours involved for 6 months minimum d) Must have a valid driver's license e) Having your own car is a definite plus f) Non-smokers only g) Must have solid references.
