General Laborer – Provides on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement. Come work for a small expanding real estate and construction company located in Columbus, Ohio, that offers both on-the-job training for a wide variety of construction-related jobs and opportunities for advancement. THE COMPANY - Custom X Management is a small company that is known for their friendly environment and their flexibility with full-time or part-time hours. THE POSITION - We’re looking for honest, hardworking personnel who seek some variety in their daily tasks and also desire to learn more about construction-related skills. • Starting wages between $8.80 - $12.00 per hour. • Full-time, part-time, and contract positions available. • Minimal construction background is ok. • Personal vehicles are beneficial, but not required. • If you have your own car AND meet minimum requirements for personal tools, starting pay is $12.00 per hour. • Must be willing to take a mandatory drug test. • Open to hiring felons on a case-by-case basis.
