Local condominium association is looking for a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) employee to maintain the cleanliness of the grounds, perform very light exterior maintenance (fence repair, etc.), and maintain the seasonal pool. Work schedule is negotiable. Additional hours may be available if candidate is willing to work at more than one property.
