House Cleaning Company looking for a quality Cleaner Living in the greater Seattle area. Position starting pay is $17.00 per hour, quickly rising to $20.00. Must: 1. Have a current driver's license, a vehicle in good working condition and proof of insurance 2. Demonstrate a valid social security card 3. Have good people skills and are open and friendly 4. be detailed in your work and take pride in a job well done 5. Be willing to undergo a background check and take random drug tests 6. Have references available - preferably 3 personal and 3 professional 7. Be available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Or, tell me your availability and we may be able to accommodate it. Position is open now. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour with the potential of quickly increasing to $20.00 per hour. Raises are determined by your dependability, punctuality and how quickly you learn and implement our systems. Basically you set the time line for your raises. Pay may be set up for direct deposit into your account. Cleaners keep all tips, not the owner. COVID protocols are in place for employees and clients. Company is licensed & insured, employees are bonded. Company supplies all products & equipment, including vacuums, buckets, dusters, mops etc.... The owner has over 25 years in the cleaning industry. We currently have a good cleaning system in place, but are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Cleaner would provide service to the same clients on a weekly, biweekly or once a month rotation. Occasionally, weekend work is available, however never mandatory. Service area for current opening is: Seattle (including Queen Anne, Ballard, Fremont, Greenlake, Maple Leaf, U of W, Sandpoint, neighborhoods. Also Shoreline, Mukilteo, Lake Forest Park neighborhoods too. Every effort is made to schedule clients who live near each other to receive cleanings on the same day to reduce your drive time. You might work solo or with 1 or 2 partners. All colleagues are supportive and we have a team attitude here. This job is perfect for Mom's with kids in school part time, college students attending online classes. It is low stress with flexible hours. No experience needed. Company will provide paid training. You are not expected to work if you or your child is sick. We ask clients to reschedule if they or a family member is sick. If you enjoy cleaning and the feeling of satisfaction from a job well done, you may be a perfect fit. We are a fun group and don't sweat the small stuff.
