POSITION: Level 1 (Assistant) $18.50 - $20.00 PuroClean Northwest is a motivated, customer-service focused team of restoration professionals looking to add to its team. Man or woman, we require field personnel to achieve our expansion plans. We require dependability, timeliness, teamwork, an attitude to learn, and an outstanding work ethic. We are building an empire and lazy, unkempt, and bad-attitude persons need not apply. Our number one goal is for our customers to be well taken care of and to feel happy and satisfied with the services they receive from PuroClean Northwest. Level One: Field Staff Assistant. $18.50 - $20.00 No previous experience necessary. We teach and train. Level Two: Technician. $20.00 - $22.50 Some formal IICRC coursework, that we pay for, and pay you to attend. Level Three: Sr. Technician. $22.50 - $25.00 One who can make field decisions, has more IICRC certifications, and more experience (one of our team members went from Assistant to Sr. Technician in 5 months). Level Four: Crew Chief. $25.00 - $28.00 A person able to direct the work of others. We provide required hepatitis shots, tetanus shots and respirator fitting. We provide shirts, wind breakers, caps, and more. All staff are W2. (no 1099) Finally, we are looking for career-minded persons. Persons who enjoy helping people, enjoy making a community difference, enjoy turning someone’s grief after a water or fire loss into joy as mitigation and remediation occurs and their lives are returned to normal. The interview with the owner takes about 2 hours. Your spouse and children are encouraged to attend with you.
