$10-15 per hour 32-40 per week Prefer at least 1+ years of custodial Experience Sweep and mop rooms, corridors and waiting areas and clean and disinfect surfaces such as floors and counters Buffing floors Empty trash receptacles and ensure that they are cleaned properly from the inside Dust and polish furniture and make sure that all carpets are vacuumed Make minor adjustments and repairs such as changing bulbs Wash and clean bathrooms and ensure that they are disinfected Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors Restore building interiors using commercial cleaning equipment Move furniture around to ensure that hard to reach placed are properly cleaned Clean parking areas and walkways and remove any hazardous materials and debris Must be able to lift more than 10 lbs Must be detail oriented References required
