Lost small black dog on WA-14 near Exit 14

Mike's dog got out of a Honda Odyssey van around 4:30 PM near exit 14 when he had to stop to fix a tire, right before the little bridge heading eastbound. See the map, which pins the small bridge on WA14. **She is small, maybe 8 lbs, all black with white markings on her chest. Name is Kash.** She had a collar on and was running down the highway trailing two leashes, one pink. Mike saw somebody stop and pick her up. Please see the picture. Mike really wants her back. Please call Mike at or Don at . Will pay a $50 reward, no questions asked. We did report it to the authorities, hoping maybe some will turn her in tomorrow. Thanks!
