Awaken U Women's Mind, Body and Spirit Retreat Awaken U is a full day women's retreat that is all about YOU! Join us at the beautiful Soul Wellness Holistic Center of Lake Norman for a day of self-discovery and healing while in a safe and therapeutic small group environment. This women's escape is uniquely designed to equip you with the foundational knowledge and tools you need to look within for answers, inspiration, and direction for your journey of personal growth. The day will be broken up into 4 sequential components that build upon each other. Morning session 1: Awaken-You will learn about the impact of early trauma and adverse experiences are affecting your mind, body, and soul so that you can elevate to the next level. Morning session 2: Experience- You will experience the healing power of hypnosis and your own subconscious mind and discover how healing your inner child plays a vital role in your overall well-being Afternoon session 3: Inspire- You will learn and practice some of the foundational components for further self-exploration. We will practice tapping into your higher guidance in order to align with your True Self. Afternoon session 4 (wrap-up, tying it all together): Empower: Equipped with a new clarity, you have the tools and a clearer understanding of who you are and the next steps on your journey! As part of your package, you will be provided with: A journal to record your notes and self-discoveries throughout the day that is yours to keepLight morning and afternoon refreshmentsA surprise gift from us to you as a thank you for attending Lunch will be on your own- there are a few different options (pizza, salads/sandwich shop) within the same complex as Soul Wellness. We encourage you to bring a pillow, cushion, blanket, yoga mat or other personal items for your own comfort and relaxation during meditation exercises. Note: We are keeping the registration limited to a maximum of 15 participants to ensure a safe social distance.
